Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Suzhou Zhengxintong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as True Focus, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to monitor the services for violations of these Terms of Service; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms of Service; refuse, restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable any of your contributions or any portion thereof; remove from the services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and otherwise manage the services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the services.

Please be advised the services are hosted in China. If you access the services from any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in China, then through your continued use of the services, you are transferring your data to China, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in China.

Term and Termination

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Suzhou, China in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be Chinese or English as mutually agreed by the parties.

Corrections

There may be information on the services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to service descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the services at any time, without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
